Meet Mrs. Grubbs!!
About Me
My name is Jodie Grubbs and this year I will be teaching agriculture here at Pamlico County Middle School! This is my first year in a classroom of my very own and I am so excited! I grew up right down the road in New Bern, NC, where I attended and graduated from West Craven High School in 2019. In May of 2023 I graduated from North Carolina State University (GO PACK!) with a bachelors degree in Agricultural Education and a minor in animal science.
Why Agriculture?
The agriculture industry is one that is very close to my heart. I grew up on my small family farm where I learned about animal handling, gardening, harvesting, and the basics of the agriculture industry. This is an industry made of only 2% of the US population but they are the ones who feed the world. I want to share my love of agriculture with my students and hopefully increase their knowledge about this amazing industry!!
