Pamlico County Board of Education Announces Change in Monthly Meeting Schedule
Pamlico County, NC – The Pamlico County Board of Education is announcing a change in its regular meeting schedule. Beginning January 2025, Board of Education meetings will now take place on the fourth Monday of each month, rather than the first Monday. This adjustment reflects the Board’s ongoing commitment to fostering collaboration with the Pamlico County Board of Commissioners and ensuring effective communication between our organizations.
By aligning our schedule with the Commissioners’ meeting calendar, we aim to facilitate greater engagement, allowing us to attend their meetings as needed and providing an opportunity for them to participate in ours. This change reflects our shared dedication to serving the community with transparency and cooperation.
As a reminder, individuals wishing to make public comments during Board meetings must sign up by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting. This ensures that all voices are heard and helps us maintain an organized and efficient meeting process.
We appreciate the community’s understanding and support as we work to strengthen partnerships and better serve the needs of Pamlico County.
