The Pamlico County Schools Band has done it again! The Superior streak is extended to 9 years. The band, consisting of 7th - 12th graders visited Nashville, TN where they attended the WorldStrides Nashville Festival of Gold.
Students were able to tour various highlights of Nashville including the famous Ryman Auditorium, before and after performing at Laura Turner Concert Hall at Schermerhorn Symphony Center.
This dedicated group of students and teachers raised the bar this year with more challenging music and earned a Superior (Gold at this festival) from all 3 judges played in a special encore performance at the end of the night.
