About Mrs. Sawyer
Greetings fellow Hurricanes and welcome to 6th grade! I am beginning my 15th year here at PCMS and excited to see what this 2022 - 2023 school year will bring. I grew up in Pamlico County and graduated from PCHS in 2003. After high school I attended the University of North Carolina Wilmington where I received a degree in Elementary Education and a minor in Psychology. Teaching is my passion and I love being in my classroom but when I am not teaching I enjoy being on the water, crafting, and hanging out with my awesome nephew. I look forward to an amazing school year - GO CANES!
