Meet Mrs. Hale

Hey y'all!  My name is Sheri Roberts Hale and I am the STEM teacher here at PCMS!  I was born and raised in Pamlico County and live in Kershaw with my husband, our three beagles, two cats, and three chickens.  I've been in education for 30+ years.  I started as a bus driver and teacher's assistant at FAA and then I got my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University.  I started my teaching career in 5th grade teaching math & science.  I believe learning can be fun and exciting so I try to do that as much as possible in my lessons.  In 2019 I started teaching STEM at FAA and in 2021 I moved to PCMS where I am continuing to teach STEM where I am now certified in Technology Education for middle and high school.  I am also a co-coach for Science Olympiad and the advisor for our SkillsUSA Chapter.

 

Things I enjoy when I'm not teaching are gardening, cooking, knitting, crafting, and spending time with family and friends.
